I was out the door in the morning. There was a trip to the DMV followed by errands all around town. There was that sharp and sometimes multiple popping and cracking sound when I stretched my neck and shoulders by the time it was dusk, vivid and beautiful and languid. I wanted dinner, and a beer if there was one in the fridge. There was still the drive home, though. Music, that’s going to help. Put something on and hey, why not something new which I’ve never heard before? Expand the musical tastes. She & Him Volume Two? Okay.
