A Brief Announcement
We interrupt your regularly scheduled Tuesday to bring you this *bonus* Normality Restored webcomic, wherein it is officially announced that the wife and I are expecting our second child.
As you can see, the bonding, she has begun in earnest.
Unlike last time, we were trying to get pregnant this go round. Of course, we had said we didn’t want to have a kid near Christmas because it’s seems unfair to the child. We weren’t paying attention to the calendar, I guess, since the due date is December 27th.
No word on boy vs. girl vs. alien yet. We go for the ultra sound in three weeks so when I know, all five of you will know. I’ve always said I only want to have girls, for a variety of reasons. But now I’m especially hoping for a girl because it will be SO much cheaper for us.
And a big thanks to Gilgrim. Everytime I start a conversation with, “Hey, can we…” he’s generally receptive. Which means not only is he gracious, he’s also terribly patient since he constantly has to deal with my inane ideas. Another one, in fact, will be coming your way on Friday!
Also, big thanks to exsulis. It seems like every time I have a plan to shovel dirt I end up calling him, and yet he keeps answering his phone. Go figure.
