First off - the site is back up and running - hazaa’s all around! I fear that there may still be a coming disturbance with the NR Coding Goblins, and we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to learn the horrible truth, but I know that the outage had nothing to do with Exsulis’ mad skills. The important thing is that it is up and running.

Now, for the evil, I’ve been following the HalfPixel podcasts for webcomics, which is a weekly sort of conference call between 4 of the more successful ‘old guard’ of webcomics (10 yrs+ experience seems to be the average for the digital sequential publishing genre) mostly because they talk about the business and craft of making webcomics (and they’re pretty entertaining as well). And on yesterday’s podcast they began convincing one of the 4 to add a twitter account. I have wholly tried to avoid twitter as much as humanly possible… but after listening to the arguments for the ‘business’ aspects of promotion and community growth and interaction that are basically essential to trying to make a webcomic endeavor take off, I really don’t have much of an arguement to hold on to any more. And now, humbly and with my head hung low, I have opened up said evil widget/app and will be providing it here for all faithful Normalinauts.
